Microcount duo bacteria, yeast and mould. Quick hygiene test that checks for the presence of bacteria, yeast and/or mould.
One side of the plate is covered with total Plate Count (TPC) agar and the other side of the plate is covered with Rose Bengal Agar CAF. Bacteria grow on the TPC, while yeast and fungus grow on the CAF.
The plate is attached to the lid, so after contamination, the plate can be safely stored in the container. Touching is not necessary, reducing the chance of unwanted contamination.
Place the container in an incubator or incubator at 25 to 30 degrees Celsius for 24 to 48 hours.
Packed per 20 pieces.
Can be kept for 9 months (if stored dark and dry).
With the supplied comparison charts, the degree of contamination can be determined.
