Demonstration set for showing the creation of a watercourse and its course with erosion and sedimentation. The set consists of a plastic container of approx. 122 x 37 cm, support for setting different gradients, inlet hose with adjustment and a discharge hose.
The hose can be connected to a tap and a drain. A more environmentally friendly solution is to build a closed circuit by running the drain into a plastic bucket where the pump 761410 feeds the water back into the supply hose.
Before starting the experiment, put a layer of sand or gravel in the bucket. Also try laying down larger or smaller stones as "obstacles" to illustrate the water flow and the resulting deposits.
