OPERATING CYCLE
The parts deposited on the conveyor belt are picked up by the vacuum suction cup of the left vertical cylinder, deposited at the end of the horizontal cylinder, picked up by the electromagnet of the right vertical cylinder and complete the complete handling cycle by returning to the belt.
The conveyor belt is either controlled by the PLC or runs in forced operation. An electromagnet illustrates the magnetic field gripping.
PNEU** is connected to the air network by the splined sleeve placed on the block of the shut-off valve + regulator + filter + distribution manifold with quick couplings.
Dimensions: 820 x 1000 x 460mm.
The model is delivered ready to operate (electrical wiring and pneumatic connections made). The quick connectors allow disassembly/reassembly of the pneumatic interconnections with Ø4mm tubes of several colours. A manual details the operation and settings of all electro-pneumatic components used. Several cycles are described, including one complete with its grafcet.
